Highly recommend! I had been suffering from right ankle pain from December until I finally made an appt with Dr. Lily in February. I had pain with most weight bearing movements, and I found myself altering my patterns to finish workouts without aggravating the symptoms (terrible I know.) After 1 session with Dr. Lily I had about 85% pain reduction and increased mobility. By the second visit my pain had resolved. What I valued most working with Dr. Lily is she understood my goals in that I wanted to increase training while also correcting my issues, and she was able to accommodate that without telling me to just rest. After we resolved my initial complaint, Dr. Lily worked with me identifying movement weaknesses and correcting them. I’m not only pain free, but now my mobility and even running has vastly improved.

Dr.Lilly takes a different approach by working to find the cause of the pain and fix that, not just treat a symptom. Great place and great people. It’s a must try.

Ninja Physio was an absolutely fantastic find! I struggled with knee pain, and tried to ride it out hoping it would magically fix its self. After about 6 months I was referred to Dr. Lilly, and let me tell you, she’s the true magician! The treatment and professionalism was much better than anything I’ve see in the medical world. Before I started seeing Dr. Lily, I had been having low back/hip pain to the point where I couldn’t work out effectively – let alone stand/walk/run without pain. Within 6 sessions, Dr. Lily was able to not only teach me exercises to increase mobility and strengthen my weaker areas, she fixed my technique on the lifts that were causing me the most pain (because I was doing it wrong). In addition, Dr. Lily provided great resources for hypothyroidism and nutrition. Aaaaaand as an added bonus, the dry needling helped loosen up my back 100x quicker than any massage or manual therapy could do. I’m so happy to have “bit the bullet” and went to see her for treatment. I couldn’t be happier, pain free and motivated to continue to work with them to reach my goals and gains.
