Our Harker Heights location is within Heights Athletic Club. With squat racks, barbells, kettlebells, and more, we have the right  equipment to help you conquer pain.

The club also has covered pickleball courts, tennis courts, a yoga room, and a pool. You’ll come to conquer pain, but you’ll want to stay for the fun and fitness.

I met Dr. Lily at Orange Theory in January 2023 and was intrigued as to how she would help me manage my knee pain. I told her that I had just had my 3rd baby 6 months prior and also had some back pain, diastasis recti, a weakened pelvic floor, and urinary incontinence with high impact exercises. I expressed how I wanted to be able to run like I used to in high school and college, or at least close to it.

When you’re ready to start healing, go see Dr. Lily! Attentive, responsive and knowledgeable but no coddling. Trust the process, and if you follow the program, you will feel better. I have a complete radial tear of my meniscus, and I’m walking and running again pain free. The staff, the facility all top notch. No miracle cures here, you have to be open and ready to put in the work and Dr. Lily and her staff will guide you through the process. Really life changing, and becoming pain free impacts everything in your life.

Went to Ninja Physio for extreme pain in my right elbow.  The pain was so bad that I could barely lift a 16 oz glass of water.  Dr. Lily used Dry Needle therapy on my elbow, shoulder and neck area.  She also prescribed weight training to increase strength, and mobility, in my arm, and the rest of my body.  Dr. Lily not only focuses on fixing the initial problem, but also focuses on long-term prevention through continued weight training and nutrition.  After 8 weeks I no longer have pain in my right elbow, and I have gained strength, and mobililty that I have not had for a long time.  Much thanks goes out to Dr. Lily at Ninja Physio.

I was experiencing back pain that presented in my hip. It had gotten so bad I couldn’t play pickleball and it was bothering me at work making walking difficult. Dr. Lily used dry needling for the pain and added core exercises, slowly strengthening my muscles and enabling me to return to my regular life! Dr. Lily Yu listened to my description of physical limitations, asked me about my specific goals, designed a PT and exercise program that met my needs and worked with me to monitor my progress. The program she designed was challenging, but achievable. After five months, my initial goals have been met and I will continue my exercise program.  I’m sure Dr. Lily can help those in pain, but she can also help all become healthy Seniors.
