When Results Matter.

Ninja Physio has been an absolute Godsend! My main issue was neck pain and hindered range of motion in my neck. I was seriously in a bad way. Dr. Lily has totally earned my utmost respect! Her expertise & treatments Have produced results that have been nothing short of astonishing!

In addition Dr. Lily identified the source of hip, back & shoulder issues I was experiencing. Her drug free treatments and Hippolitos exercise plans are spot on to my specific needs. I am in the best shape of my life, I am sleeping right & my posture has never been better! So thankful! 😎

Dr. Lily is the best! By the time I came in, I had pretty much accepted that being broken was gonna be the new norm for me. It didn’t take long to see leaps and bounds in my recovery. Any kind of pain or lingering injuries, I highly recommend you go see her and get fixed up ASAP!!!

NP is the place to go if you want results, and are tired of generic “PT” that’s wastes your precious time. Facility is top notch and Dr Lily and staff are fantastic!

Ninja Physio was an absolutely fantastic find! I struggled with knee pain, and tried to ride it out hoping it would magically fix its self. After about 6 months I was referred to Dr. Lilly, and let me tell you, she’s the true magician! The treatment and professionalism was much better than anything I’ve see in the medical world. They provided me with personalized treatment as well as a structured out of office moment/stretching routine to get me back to a fully functioning pain free knee. Highly recommended!

Before I started seeing Dr. Lily, I had been having low back/hip pain to the point where I couldn’t work out effectively – let alone stand/walk/run without pain. Within 6 sessions, Dr. Lily was able to not only teach me exercises to increase mobility and strengthen my weaker areas, she fixed my technique on the lifts that were causing me the most pain (because I was doing it wrong). In addition, Dr. Lily provided great resources for hypothyroidism and nutrition. Aaaaaand as an added bonus, the dry needling helped loosen up my back 100x quicker than any massage or manual therapy could do. I’m so happy to have “bit the bullet” and went to see her for treatment. I couldn’t be happier, pain free and motivated to continue to work with them to reach my goals and gains.

How It Works

If you value living pain free, getting stronger, feeling younger, staying active, and are willing to do what it takes, this is for you.

1. Do Your Eval

We actually take the time to listen, figure out what’s going on with your pain or mobility issues, and make sure you understand the whats and whys.

Most people say they’ve gotten more out of their eval, than years of appointments with doctors and trainers.

2. Do Your Program

Instead of trying random things and hoping for the best, you’ll have a proven, step-by-step program that’s tailored to you and your goals.

Living pain free and coming back stronger and more mobile is a process, and we’re with you every step.

3. Do Your Thing

By the end of your program, you’ll know what to do, and not do, to keep doing your thing for the long term while minimizing the risk of injuries.

We fully expect for you to not only return to your favorite things, but to keep getting better and better!
