Avoid surgery, pills, shots, and RFAs

Sometimes surgery is needed, but often it’s not. Pills and cortisone shots have long-term side effects, and burning your nerves so you don’t feel pain (RFAs) doesn’t seem like a good idea. If you’d rather avoid all that and actually fix the problem, naturally, schedule a call.

Rehab injuries quickly

Some injuries can resolve on their own, though it might take months or years. But when waiting around, scaling back, or missing a competition aren’t an option, we help you to keep training and get back to normal within weeks.

1. Schedule Your Call

At your free discovery call with Dr. Lily, you can get answers to your pain or injury questions from someone who listens, thinks outside the box, and has a proven record of helping people get rid of pain and stay active.

If it makes sense to work together, we can schedule an in-depth evaluation. If not, you’ll at least gain valuable insight.

2. Do Your Eval

We actually take the time to listen, figure out what’s going on with your pain or mobility issues, and make sure you understand the whats and whys.

Most people say they’ve gotten more out of their eval, than years of appointments with doctors and trainers.

3. Do Your Program

Instead of trying random things and hoping for the best, you’ll have a proven, step-by-step program that’s tailored to you and your goals.

Living pain free and coming back stronger and more mobile is a process, and we’re with you every step.

4. Conquer Pain

By the end of your program, you’ll know what to do, and not do, to keep doing your thing for the long term while minimizing the risk of injuries.

After being treated by Dr. Lily, not only am I pain free, but I am stronger, more agile and have more endurance. I am getting out of bed without pain, playing the best golf and pickleball of my life and still have enough energy to fish.

I was having groin/inner thigh pain while running & deadlifting. I finally hit the “last straw” and went to see Dr. Lily. She is amazing!! She not only took away my pain in 6 weeks and got me back to pain free running & deadlifting, but she also completely changed my running form for the better. I’ve been a runner for over 10 years so didn’t think there was much more to learn about it but she blew my mind with what she taught me about running technique and I know I’ll be using it for the rest of my life.

I’m a competitive powerlifter and have been dealing with a hip injury for over a year now. I’ve tried medicine, shots, massage, insurance based physical therapy, and the doctors told me surgery was my only option left. I found Ninja Physio and Lily at the right time! Not only do I not need surgery after completing my course of therapy here, I can squat and deadlift completely pain free. After just 6 weeks, I’ve increased all my lifting numbers with the only change being adding in physical therapy with Lily and doing all the homework she assigned to me. Thank goodness that I finally found a physical therapist whose advise isn’t to “just stop lifting!”

I came to Dr. Lilly a few weeks after I injured my shoulder playing rugby. My shoulder continued to weaken and get more painful, even though I was mobilizing and stretching it. After I got to the point I couldn’t do a push up or barely take my shirt off without pain, I decided I needed help. Within a few weeks, I was doing push ups again. Then another week or two later, I was able to do dips. After six weeks, I could bench press 225lb for 5 reps.
