Conquer Back Pain
Are you taking time off and lifting light weight because of back pain?
Did the doctor say to stop lifting?
Have they told you that you need back surgery?
Then sign up for your free discovery call with Dr. Lily and get clarity in record time!
If you’ve already seen someone about your back pain, they’ve probably prescribed pills, told you to stop lifting or running, said you need surgery, or offered you a monthly subscription to deal with the pain that keeps coming back.
You were most likely diagnosed with herniated discs, sciatica, degenerative disc disease, arthritis, or a pinched nerve. Maybe you’ve had it for years, or even decades. Don’t worry, we’ve seen all of that, and more.
As scary as a typical doctor might make it sound, it’s actually possible to get rid of most back pain, long term, with the right protocol. Then why is back pain so common and chronic? Well, most treatments are too outdated, generic, low-level, or incentivized not to fix the problem. But not here.
We have a proven record of consistently helping athletes actually fix the core issues of back pain without pills, injections, surgery, or “maintenance” subscriptions.
You don’t have to waste time going to doctors that don’t know how to work with athletes. And sure, you could spend months, or years, watching random youtube videos and trying a bunch of things that may or may not apply to you.
Or instead, you can schedule your call with Dr. Lily, cut through the noise and bs, and get clarity and valuable insight into your pain and injuries. And, oh yeah, it might just change your life.
Why the usual stuff hasn't worked
You've Been Misdiagnosed
Of our clients that have already seen a doctor or gotten an MRI, over half have been misdiagnosed: The doctors told them they have something that they don’t actually have, or they blame the pain on the wrong thing.
How are you supposed to fix something when you don’t even know the problem actually is?
The Ninja Difference
Believe it or not, MRIs are not very useful when it comes to diagnosing musculoskeletal pain. We do a thorough evaluation and can determine what’s going on through your symptoms, history, and a series of physical tests.
They're Cookie-Cutter
Insurance incentivizes quantity over quality, leading to high-volume, generic, and impersonal care. The providers get paid so long as the paperwork is filled out correctly, even if the treatment didn’t work.
It’s going to be harder to deliver results for patients when your job is really to keep insurance companies happy.
The Ninja Difference
We work for you, not insurance or hospital systems. We’re focused on you, your goals, and your results. Everything is personalized to your history, present situation, and future, so that you get long-term, top-level results quickly.
They're a Subscription
For some providers, their goal is actually to keep you dependent and coming back indefinitely to deal with the same problem. It would break their business model if the pain were resolved for the long term.
While subscriptions make sense for things like magazines, we don’t think that pain should be a subscription.
The Ninja Difference
Rather then keeping you dependent, our goal is to increase your freedom. We help you resolve the problem long term and arm you with the knowledge and skills so you don’t have to keep coming back for the same thing.
They're Narrow or Outdated
Some doctors are experts at their narrow scope of practice, but are not aware of the possibilities that exist outside of that. They also might’ve studied decades ago and have not kept up to date with the latest research.
As they say: If your only tool is a hammer, every problem looks like a nail.
The Ninja Difference
We understand that everyBODY is different and that various factors can contribute to pain. We apply knowledge from different fields and disciplines. We also stay up to date on the latest research and methods.
They're Low-Level
Their treatment might work to get back to daily tasks like walking or putting on clothes, but it doesn’t help with higher-level activities like running, lifting, or playing sports. Plus, do they even lift?
If they don’t have a proper gym space and equipment, you’re probably at the wrong place.
The Ninja Difference
Squat racks. Barbells. Dumbbells. Kettlebells. Chalk. Pullup bars. Boxes. Jump ropes. Gymnastics rings. Heavy medicine balls. Open space. Yup, we’ve got all that and know how to use it.
Not Good at What They Do
As in any industry, some people are better at their profession than others, even with degrees and certifications. As well-intentioned as they may be, it’s possible that they’re just not very good at what they do.
Time and certifications alone are not an indicator of competence. Consistent results over time are.
The Ninja Difference
One of our values is Mastery, and we’re always looking for ways to optimize results. Many of our clients have already tried lots of things, from specialists to stem cells, and sometimes even surgery. Time after time, we’ve helped them resolve the issue long term.
Ninja says what?

It’s just soreness; it’s not pain anymore. Before, I’d do a workout on Friday and I’m still in pain come Wednesday. Now when I’m sore it’s just the weekend. The treatments and proper lifting techniques… it works.

Ninja Physio is truly amazing! I had leg, hip, back and neck pain and thought I was injured. After being treated by Dr. Lily, not only am I pain free, but I am stronger, more agile and have more endurance. I am getting out of bed without pain, playing the best golf and pickleball of my life and still have enough energy to fish.

Before I started seeing Dr. Lily, I had been having low back/hip pain to the point where I couldn’t work out effectively – let alone stand/walk/run without pain. Within 6 sessions, Dr. Lily was able to not only teach me exercises to increase mobility and strengthen my weaker areas, she fixed my technique on the lifts that were causing me the most pain (because I was doing it wrong). In addition, Dr. Lily provided great resources for hypothyroidism and nutrition. Aaaaaand as an added bonus, the dry needling helped loosen up my back 100x quicker than any massage or manual therapy could do. I’m so happy to have “bit the bullet” and went to see her for treatment. I couldn’t be happier, pain free and motivated to continue to work with them to reach my goals and gains.

Dr. Lily is the best. She is extremely helpful, super available, and very attentive. I’m glad my wife told me to go see her and resolve my back issue.

I’ve suffered from back pain since an injury in 1999. As the years have gone by, it has progressively gotten worse. Severe back pain is my norm. I can only sleep in the fetal position and any time I roll over to the opposite side the pain wakes me up in the middle of the night. Dr. Lily walked into my office, local DME shop, and gave a break down of what she could do. I explained to her all the issues I’ve had, the failure of physical therapy while I was in the Marine Corps and how I didn’t think doing it again would help. Something told me to give her a try, so I went to her office to see what she could do for me. I went to the initial consultation and agreed to continue and see if this would help my back pain. On day 1 I couldn’t even go halfway down to touch my toes …. Six weeks later I am an extremely satisfied patient/customer and highly recommend her to anyone suffering from severe back pain. As long as you follow her guidance, do your exercises at home, NO CHEATING, you will see a drastic improvement.

I was experiencing back pain that presented in my hip. It had gotten so bad I couldn’t play pickleball and it was bothering me at work making walking difficult. Dr. Lily used dry needling for the pain and added core exercises, slowly strengthening my muscles and enabling me to return to my regular life! She has helped me set goals to aid greater mobility as I get older. I am so grateful for her help and expertise!
