It often involves taking medications, MRI’s and CT scans, follow ups with the neurologist, and endless Botox injections. However none of these methods actually treats the root cause.   • When you have a neck injury, you might experience pain with waking up in the morning, turning your head, and sitting for long periods of time. The pain can shoot into your arms and hands and cause numbness, tingling, or weakness.  You may have been diagnosed with one of the following:

I usually don’t write reviews but I find this to be an exception. Long story short I’m a 36 year old male thats been in the military for a while now and loves going to the gym. And for some time have had horrible lower back problems. I mean I would blow my back out just from picking up my 4 year old daughter. I’ve been in and out of medical on post and for the past several years I’ve been trying to get it corrected. I didn’t want to ride a profile, or become dependent on meds or pain killers. Needless to say I tried almost everything I could think of. Till I came across Lily. She approached me about her practice and what they offer. I’m a competitive powerlifter and have been dealing with a hip injury for over a year now. I’ve tried medicine, shots, massage, insurance based physical therapy, and the doctors told me surgery was my only option left. I found Ninja Physio and Lily at the right time! Not only do I not need surgery after completing my course of therapy here, I can squat and deadlift completely pain free. After just 6 weeks, I’ve increased all my lifting numbers with the only change being adding in physical therapy with Lily and doing all the homework she assigned to me.
