FAQ
What makes your physical therapy different from traditional clinics?
We deliver one-on-one, full-hour visits and our focus is on root-cause movement and strength solutions, not just pain relief. Unlike insurance-driven clinics, our care is personalized, performance-focused, and tailored to your unique goals — whether that’s returning to lifting weights, running, playing sports or returning to daily life pain free.
Do you treat people who aren’t athletes?
Absolutely — we work with clients of all activity levels. Whether you’re a weekend warrior, someone with chronic pain, or you just want to move better, we can help.
What happens on my first visit?
Your first session includes a detailed conversation about your diagnosis, injury history, fitness goals followed by a functional movement assessment. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s going on and a structured plan for how we’ll resolve it together.
How long is each session?
The initial evaluation is 2 hours and the follow ups are 1 hour.
What should I wear or bring?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. Bring any relevant medical records, recent imaging, or notes about your pain or injury.
How many visits will I need?
It varies based on your condition and goals. Most clients complete their plan of care in approximately 3-6 months, but we’ll provide a personalized recommendation after your initial assessment.
What will treatment involve?
Your program will include manual therapy, strength coaching, exercise programming, video analysis and unlimited messaging and support. Every plan is customized based on your injury history, diagnosis, and fitness goals.
Do you take insurance?
We do not participate with insurance companies. This allows us to give you undivided attention and higher quality care without rushed time slots or billing restrictions.
Can I use my HSA/FSA?
Yes! We accept Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) for out-of-network care.
What is a superbill?
If you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
